5 Cool New Updates to Our Platform


At Engagor, it’s our mission to keep our platform state-of-the-art and, more importantly, make our customers’ lives easier. Everyday we work on larger updates, however, smaller updates are equally useful but often go unnoticed.

That’s why we want to provide you with an overview of some of the smaller updates to our platform! Hopefully you can start using them today.

1. Email Alerts for Scheduled Posts

We now have email alerts available for scheduled posts that failed to be published. If, for some reason, your scheduled message couldn’t get published, you will receive an email notification. That way you can keep an even closer watch on your social media presence.

A post couldn’t be published and you aren’t in front of your computer to fix it? Schedule your content on-the-go with our mobile app! We are happy to announce the Android app will be released this month.

2. See More Than 10 Mentions in the Inbox

Dealing with a lot of messages over a short period of time? You can now choose to see more than 10 mentions in the Inbox. You can select to see either ’25’ or ’50’ mentions on one page. Just scroll down in your Inbox, click on the little cog wheel, and see what’s the best fit for you.

3. Receive SLA Alerts for Smart Folders

Nowadays, a lot of our customers have created Service Level Agreements (SLAs). This is a contract between a company and a customer detailing, in measurable terms, the kind of service the company will provide in order to build trust. In the case of our customers, who usually operate in the social customer service industry, this often implies that messages need to be answered or acted upon within a certain time frame.

With the SLA Alerts for Smart Folders (available for Enterprise plan), you can now easily receive an email or push notification on your mobile phone when a Folder in your Inbox contains mentions that are older than a certain target. That way, you can keep a closer eye on your goals in order to meet your objectives and build stronger relationships with your customers. 4. Upload Picture to a Facebook Comment

A picture says more than a thousand words.

Visual content has become extremely important on any social network. For example, on Facebook you can comment on posts with photos and make sure you message resonates even better. We have added this feature to Engagor as well. Simply click on the comment button on the Facebook mention in your Inbox and you will see the upload button in the right corner at the bottom.

5. Team Performance Widgets

Engagor gives Standard, Professional, and Enterprise accounts the power to create dashboards to easily view all the statistics, mentions, and charts that matter most to their brand from just one place.

All of these dashboards allow you to keep a close eye on your performance at a glance. That’s why you can now also add the insights from Team Performance to your dashboards. If you open the widget gallery and type ‘team’, you can browse through them easily.
