Which one is right for you?

Reseller

Offering social media services, strategy, implementation, integration, and management is just the beginning of what you do on a daily basis. As a CX Social Reseller, you’ll sell and install CX Social for your customer. Frontline support, direct billing, co-marketing, and customer follow up will be a breeze with CX Social’s product partner training. In return, you’ll get a portion of every CX Social deal you resell.

 

Benefits

Commercially: You’ll be able to sell your services with the most powerful social media management tool available. Additionally, you’ll receive a portion of every CX Social deal you resell.
Marketing: In addition to invitations to our webinars and events, you’ll get access to marketing, training, support, legal and API documentation. We also look forward to co-marketing with you.
Product: We’ll provide you with a free CX Social account w/ demo data.
Support: You and your customers will benefit from our rapid live chat and email support, and you’ll have access to a dedicated Partner Manager.
Training: At least one of your employees will complete the CX Social partner product training.

 

Your Promise

Commercially: You’ll own selling, co-marketing, onboarding, and customer follow-up for your accounts.
Marketing: You’ll list CX Social on your website, include CX Social in customer-facing materials, and engage in co-marketing activities.
Targets: You’ll aim to sell an agreed amount of CX Social accounts per year, attaining a 90% renewal rate, along with at least one joint marketing activity per year.
Training: At least one of your employees will complete the CX Social Partner Product Training.

Certified Reseller

You’ll offer the same services as a CX Social Reseller, but CX Social acknowledges your expertise and chooses you as a Certified Reseller. You’ll be immersed in our partner training to have a full understanding of the product, sales, and customer success. As a Certified Reseller, you’ll get a portion of every CX Social deal you resell. You’ll get the added benefit of CX Social recommending your services to new and existing customers, access to our roadmap and further marketing support.

 

Benefits

You’ll receive the same benefits as a CX Social Reseller, as well as additional benefits such as:
Commercially: In addition to being able to add our extensive capabilities to your portfolio, CX Social will recommend your services to both new and existing customers, and will pass on leads that require those services.
Marketing: You’ll be listed as a Certified Reseller in the CX Social partner directory, and we’ll publish a press release announcing our partnership.
Product: You’ll gain exclusive access to our product roadmap.

 

Your Promise

Commercially: You’ll own CX Social sales, set-up, onboarding and follow up for your customers.
Marketing: Include CX Social in customer-facing materials, including your website.
Targets: You’ll aim to sell an agreed amount of CX Social accounts per year, attaining a 90% renewal rate, along with at least one joint marketing activity per year.
Training: At least two of your employees will complete the CX Social partner product training.

Referral Partner

As a trusted advisor in the social media space, you’ll engage in co-marketing activities and introduce our Sales Executives to your contacts’ decision makers. In return, you’ll receive a portion of the deal and we’ll take care of sales and billing by invoicing the customer directly.

 

Benefits

Commercially: Receive a portion of the CX Social deals you have referred.
Marketing: You’ll get access to our invitation-only webinars, exclusive marketing materials, and participate in joint marketing activities promoting both your business and CX Social.
Product: You’ll get a CX Social demo data account along with product training, all free of charge.
Support: Along with access to a dedicated Partner Manager, you’ll also benefit from our rapid live chat and email support.

 

Your Promise

Commercially: You’ll participate in joint-marketing activities and happily pass along leads to your dedicated Partner Manager while introducing us to your contacts’ decision makers.
Targets: At least one joint marketing activity and five referrals per year. That’s it!
